Terms of use and sale

What you get from DotWild, what you pay, and how to cancel or get your money back.

Last updated 28 September 2026

Who we are

DotWild is run by DotWild Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, at 6 Marine Crescent, DY8 4XH, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@dotwild.app. By using DotWild you agree to these terms.

Using the tools

You can use DotWild's tools in your browser and save three results free, without an account. After that, saving more needs access to the module the tool belongs to. We may change the free allowance for new visitors.

The files you open and the files you make are yours. DotWild claims no rights in them and never receives them.

DotWild never changes your original files: every tool saves a new one. Check what you save before you rely on it, especially for anything important, and keep your own backups.

Please do not try to get around the free limit or the access checks, copy the software to offer it as your own, or use DotWild to break the law.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep that email account secure. Access you buy is for you, not for sharing with other people.

What you can buy

  • A module for 99p, 99¢ or €0.99 a year. It unlocks every tool in that module, such as PDF or Charts & Diagrams.
  • Utility Pro for £4.99, $4.99 or €4.99 a year. It unlocks every Utilities module, including any added during your year.

You pay in pounds, US dollars or euros, depending on where you are, and prices include any VAT or sales tax due. Purchases are open to people aged 18 or over. If we change a price, the new price applies to new purchases only.

Paying once or renewing

When you buy, you choose one of two ways to pay.

  • One year. You pay once and have access for twelve months. It does not renew and nothing is stored for future payments. If you buy the same thing again before the year ends, the new year starts when the current one finishes, so you lose no days.
  • Renew yearly. You pay now and again on the same date each year until you cancel. You keep the price you signed up at for as long as the plan renews. We email you before each renewal.

You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from your account, under Manage billing, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

Payments are taken by Stripe, by card or by paying from your bank account. Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment.

Refunds

If you change your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, including a renewal, and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Email hello@dotwild.app from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt.

Refunds go back to the card or bank account you paid with, usually within ten working days. Access paid for by that payment ends when it is refunded.

Your legal rights are not affected. If a tool you paid for does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or your money back, even after 14 days.

Changes to DotWild

We improve and change the tools over time. We will not take away a module you have paid for during your year. If we ever stop offering one, we will refund the unused part of your year.

The web app needs an internet connection to load and to check your access. We aim to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. Changes that affect a plan you are paying for will be emailed to you at least 30 days before they apply, and you can cancel before then.

Our software and name

The DotWild software, name and design belong to DotWild Ltd. Buying access lets you use the tools; it does not transfer any rights in them. Some parts are open-source software, used under their own licences.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.

DotWild is for personal and everyday use. If you use it for a business, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or business interruption, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If something we supply damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you fair compensation.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one affects you, we will tell you and do what we can to limit the effect.

Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Any access you have paid for ends with it, so ask for any refund you are due first.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by getting around the access checks. If we close an account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of any year you paid for.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you also keep any protections your local law gives you that cannot be excluded.
